Welcome to the PADDLE course option at Tri at the Grove!
The paddle tri course is the same as the triathlon course for each distance, except you don’t have to swim, instead you paddle! You are welcome to use a kayak or stand up paddle board (SUP). No oar locks are allowed. Sitting or kneeling on the SUP is a-okay!
The paddle tri is a mass start.
