Directions/ParkingPlease click here to review parking directions and instructions. THERE IS NO EVENT PARKING AT THE LAKESIDE PARK BOAT RAMP AREA. Event parking is very close to the boat ramp area, but access to the parking area is located off of Reservoir Road to the north of Lakeside Park.
Aqua Bike
The duathlon follows the same course as the tri, just without the run portion of the race.
Duathlon
The duathlon follows the same course as the tri, just without the swim portion of the race. It will start in a time trial fashion from the transition area as the first swimmers are coming out of the water.
Paddle Tri
The paddle triathlon follows the same course as the tri, just switch the swim portion of the race for a kayak or stand up paddle board. The paddle tri is a mass start.
Cottage Grove Lake ConditionsIn a normal year, the surface water temperature (top 12-18 inches) should be in the 72-75F range at Cottage Grove Lake. More info about the lake and wet suits here.
